Dr. Lawrence Jones-Esan is a distinguished academic, researcher, and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in transnational education (TNE), business management, healthcare innovation, digital transformation, and educational leadership. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the London Academy Business School (LABS), a transnational education partner of the University of Sunderland, delivering UK-based academic programs in developing economies.

He is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director at York St John University, London Campus, leading the MSc Global Healthcare Management program. He also serves as an External Examiner for four UK universities and is a Visiting Professor at Tbilisi University, Georgia.

Dr. Jones-Esan has extensive policy and industry experience, including working with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in banking supervision, monetary policy implementation, and the training of over 320 resident examiners—making Nigeria the third country outside the USA with such a structured system.

Moharram Aghazadeh is educated in two fields: Curriculum Planning and Educational Technology/Learning. He completed two master's degrees and a doctoral degree at Kharazmi University (formerly the Teacher Education Department) and a bachelor's degree in Educational Technology at Tabriz University. He started his professional career by writing for the radio. After that, he worked as an assistant editor for Educational Technology for three years, while completing his master's degree. Among his foundational works is the development of a life skills training program for Afghan refugees, carried out with the assistance of the United Nations Children's Fund. Moharram Aghazadeh has been a senior member of the Global Education Steering Committee at UNICEF Iran and an educational consultant for UNICEF in Turkmenistan. Among the achievements of his 3 years of educational consultancy in Turkmenistan is the addition of one academic year to the 9 years of formal school education. Between 2005 and 2007, he completed the Turkmenistan Education Strategic Plan document, curriculum needs assessment, and learning materials production. After the Bam earthquake, he advised the UNESCO Tehran Regional Office on the design of the learning environment of the learner-friendly school built in Bam, and developed the human resources standards and teaching methods for the aforementioned school. In his last years in Iran, he was an education consultant for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on women’s economic empowerment and the development of sustainable development indicators. Currently, Moharram Aghazadeh is teaching and researching in Alberta, Canada, at the Alberta Polytechnic Institute and the Alberta Institute of Technology.
